Justin was absolutely incredible and, more importantly, extremely thorough. He took the time to walk us through everything he found during the inspection, explain what it meant, and help us understand what needed immediate attention versus what could be addressed over time.As buyers, that level of detail was invaluable. He identified several significant issues that we otherwise may not have known about and gave us the information we needed to be proactive and make informed decisions about the property. He never made us feel rushed, answered every question we had, and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. The final inspection report was equally impressive — detailed, easy to understand, and incredibly helpful as we worked through next steps after the inspection.I genuinely cannot recommend Justin enough. If you’re purchasing a home and want someone who is going to be thorough, honest, knowledgeable, and truly look out for you as the buyer, he is absolutely the person you want doing your inspection. Worth every penny and then some. Five stars without hesitation!
